Lead Customer Engineer

The Role
As a Lead Customer Engineer you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Engineers who provide technical support and guidance to customers using Google Cloud Products.
The ideal candidate will be a technical presales professional with experience in Cloud Computing, ideally Google Cloud.

• Lead and manage a team of customer engineers
•Manage and Develop Technical Relationships with both customers and Google articulating Netpremacy’s value proposition.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions for customers.
•Develop and execute Netpremacy’s go-to-market strategy alongside sales and marketing teams.
•Develop and deliver enablement programs for customers
•Whilst this role is hybrid there is some expectation of travel to visit customers and Google.

✅ 2+ years experience in a technical presales role, ideally in a leadership role.
✅ 4+ years experience with a major cloud provider, ideally GCP.
✅ 10 + years of technical experience.
✅ Excellent communication and Presentation skills
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
